To cover a few of the more challenging topics before the season starts, Rich Papperman is going to offer 3 optional education programs via Zoom (see Zoom links in the Calendar):
– Sunday, Aug. 17 at 7:30 pm. Dual System Positioning and Reading the Game.
– Monday, Aug. 24 at 7:30 pm. Handling Simplified.
– Wednesday, Sept. 10 at 7:30. Use of Headsets, and probably 1 more topic.
If anyone has a particular topic they feel would be of interest (or for any meeting), please let me know.
Each class will last approximately 1 hour and will be participatory, similar to in-person classes. The topics will be presented, then multiple videos for discussion.
While the above meetings will be optional, if you attend, you will still need to be on time since the key points of the topic will be presented prior to reviewing and discussing the videos. Missing the start means missing the foundation of the topic.
This Zoom meeting will require advance registration to attend the meeting to provide your name to record your attendance. This avoids just getting “iPhone,” phone #’s, etc.
